1. Who we are

PaperSoap Soap Co. ("PaperSoap", "we", "us") operates the website at https://papersoap.us and related checkout services. This policy also covers Meta developer apps we use to manage our own advertising accounts (for example apps used with Meta Marketing API / Ads Manager workflows).

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Website / checkout data: name, email, shipping address, order details, and payment references processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the site.
• Advertising operations data: when we use Meta APIs with our own Business / ad accounts, we access advertising account metadata, campaign performance metrics, creatives, and related configuration that Meta makes available to authorized system users. This is for our internal ad management and analytics, not for selling personal data.

3. How we use information

• To fulfill orders, provide customer support, and improve our storefront
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and technical failures
• To create, manage, analyze, and optimize our own Meta ads (including WhatsApp click-to-message campaigns) through authorized Meta applications

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the business (hosting, payments, messaging, Meta Platforms when using their advertising products). We do not sell personal information. Meta receives and processes data according to Meta's own terms when ads are delivered or APIs are used.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it when practical. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. For advertising preferences on Facebook / Instagram, use Meta's in-product settings and ad preferences tools.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or related apps after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
